WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? We ONLY accept PayPal. Use your existing PayPal account to pay for orders. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay as a guest through PayPal with your credit or debit card. You can also pay in person if you are buying directly from any of our authorized Independent Sales Rep.

WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS? Place your order through our online store or buy directly from any of our authorized Independent Sales Rep.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE? We offer wholesale discount to Independent Sales Rep. Ask for details, use the contact form on our website or email info@parlezproductions.com    TEL: 888-369-4441.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO? We only accept and ship orders within the United States of America. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Box.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?  Returned items must be kept in original container, condition and unused. We cannot give credit for shipping expenses unless we are at fault and we are not responsible for shipping expense and delays. Upon receiving your shipped items, exchange or return items WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE. Refunds are credited to your original form of payment.

NATURAL INGREDIENTS- Our products contain some natural ingredients and they are listed on our packaging labels. We CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for allergies or breakouts due to ingredients. Know and identify the ingredients you are allergic to. Our products contain natural ingredients and this can affect the scent, color and viscosity. These CHANGES are not grounds for return or exchange.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS- If we make a shipping error, we will resend your order using the original shipping method at our expense. If you made an address error, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. If you refuse to accept your ordered items upon delivery and the items are returned to us, 25% restocking fees including shipping and handling charges will be subtracted from your refunds.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS IN TRANSIT- If there are missing or damaged items during shipping, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately to inspect the damage or report missing items in order to start a claim. Don’t throw away the damaged items; it is needed as proof to show to the carrier. If an error was determined, a claim must be issued by the shipping carrier. Upon our verifying a claim issued by the shipping carrier and as soon as you return damaged items to us, we can resend your order via the original method of shipping at our expense.
